1988 Hasbro Catalog

G.I. Joe was introducted in Spanish market in 1988 with a selection of the product available in other European countries this year.

Milton Bradley Spain executives weren´t 100% convinced of the success of the line in the country although it was a hit in the neighbor European countries. So they dediced to give a try just with a bunch of the available product. This also would happen with the 1989 product.

Most of the vehicle and accesories pictures showed figures not available in Spain given this catalog was done for all European countries. MB/Hasbro Spanish marketing tried to avoid this by cutting the pictures, like in the F.A.N.G. and Silver Mirage images, or placed fake explosions on the pic, like in the Motorized Packs photography.
